Terms of Service

1. Who may use the Service

1.1 Accounts are created and held by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old (a "Parent"). Only a Parent may make purchases, create or delete child profiles, and exercise data rights.

1.2 Children use the Service only through a child profile that their Parent creates inside the Parent's account, after the Parent has given consent. A child profile does not create a contract with the child.

1.3 One account may hold up to three child profiles. You must give accurate information and keep your password and your children's PINs to yourselves. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. What the Service is

2.1 Glentavo provides online practice tests, practice sets, study plans and progress reports to help a child prepare for the ISEE Lower Level, an admission test used by private schools. It is a self-directed study tool; it is not tutoring, teaching or test administration.

2.2 Glentavo is independent. We are not affiliated with ERB, any school or any test publisher. See Section 11.

2.3 We do not promise any score, any score improvement, admission to any school, or any other particular outcome. Results depend on the child, the school and things outside our control.

3. Free Start and paid Packages

3.1 "Start" is a free 20-question mini-test with a plan preview. It needs a Parent account and a child profile.

3.2 We sell independent packages (each a "Package"). Each Package is for one child profile only. One child can have more than one Package at the same time; each Package comes with its own set of practice tests, and the sets do not overlap.

• Sprint: 4 practice-test cycles, with access for 3 months from the date of purchase
• One Season: 10 practice-test cycles, with access for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Summit: 20 practice-test cycles, with access for 12 months from the date of purchase

3.3 Each purchase is a one-time payment for the Package, child profile and expiry date shown before checkout. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Packages are independent: they do not nest, there are no upgrades, and one purchase is not credited toward another. The same Package cannot be bought again for the same child while a purchase of it is still active.

3.4 The expiry date is counted from the date of purchase and shown before checkout and in your account. A child can take part in a later application season by buying a Package again; learning records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

3.5 A practice test counts toward a Package when it is submitted.

3.6 After expiry, the child can no longer start new practice tests or practice sets under that purchase. A practice test already in progress can be finished within 7 days. Reports and completed work stay viewable, read-only, for the retention period in the Privacy Policy.

3.7 Codes issued by a tutor, an agency or by us give the same Package under these Terms. Packages started with a code are not refundable through us; please contact whoever gave you the code.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 Prices are in US dollars and are shown before checkout; the price shown is the amount charged. We may change prices for future purchases; a change does not affect a purchase already made.

4.2 Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. By purchasing, you confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method and that you are the Parent of the child the Package is for.

4.3 If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, the related Package is paused while the dispute is open. Please contact us first.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: a Package can be refunded within 7 days (168 hours) of payment, if no more than 1 practice test has been submitted under that purchase, and only once per child under this policy. Packages started with a code are not refundable. A refund ends that Package's access.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share an account or a child's PIN with anyone outside your household; copy, record, scrape or republish any practice test, question, explanation or report; use the Service to build or train a competing product or any model; interfere with the Service or access it by automated means; misrepresent who you are or your relationship to a child; or use the Service for anyone other than the child in the profile. We may suspend or end access for an account that breaks these Terms.

7. Our content and your content

7.1 All practice tests, questions, explanations, plans, reports, software, text, graphics, the Glentavo name and the Tavo character belong to Spruce Health Sciences, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them through the Service for your own child's preparation while a purchase or free access is active and during the read-only period.

7.2 Essays and other text your child types belong to you. You let us store, display and process them only to provide the Service to you and as described in the Privacy Policy. In the 2026–27 winter season essays are stored and shown to you; we do not score them, and they are not given to any AI service. They are handled only by the service providers that store and host the Service for us.

7.3 Reports are for your family's use. You may share a report with your child's tutor or school; when you export a report image to share, it leaves out your child's nickname by default.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change, add or remove features. Practice-test content is updated from time to time; a child never receives the same practice test twice.

9. Privacy and children's data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect from Parents and children, how we use it, which service providers are involved, how long we keep it, and how you can review or delete it. We collect from children only what the Service needs.

If we make a material change to how we handle children's information, you will see a summary of the changes the next time you sign in, and you will need to consent again before you can use the parent pages. Your child can keep practicing for 14 days in the meantime; after that, practice pauses until you consent again.

10. Ending your use

You may delete a child's data or your whole account at any time from your account page. Deleting is not a refund request and does not create a right to a refund. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms, for a chargeback, or where the law requires it.

11. Trademark notice

ISEE is a registered trademark of the Educational Records Bureau (ERB), which is not affiliated with and does not endorse this product.

Glentavo, Tavo and the related logos are trademarks of Spruce Health Sciences, Inc. Other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the Service is for.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Practice tests are written by Glentavo; they are not actual ISEE test forms. Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spruce Health Sciences, Inc. and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, admission or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to a child profile is limited to the amount you paid for that child profile in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, except that either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court where available. Before filing a claim, please write to us at support@glentavo.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version number and effective date appear at the top of this page. A change does not reduce the rights attached to a purchase already made.

16. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor of the business and will tell you. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. The English version of these Terms controls; translations are provided for convenience.
